Great spot for families!

Had an amazing time with a group of friends! The hotel is great for exploring the top attractions like the Grand Opera House and Victoria Square. The rooms were comfy, and the staff was super friendly. The location is perfect for visiting places and enjoying the local dining. Just a heads up, check out the restaurant for some hearty meals.
One of our friends experienced noise issues from the bar and corridor late at night, which was a bit disruptive. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The location offers convenient access to the city, and the friendliness of the staff truly stands out. Meals were impressive, particularly dinner which featured large, satisfying portions of home-grown products. the original room initially assigned felt cramped and unwelcoming, making it hard to relax during the stay. While the service at the bar was attentive, the noise from surrounding events could detract from a peaceful atmosphere.

The food was fantastic—don't miss the grilled fish, it’s simply bliss! Plus, Barbara and Marion were gems, making our stay feel like home. The balcony in our room was the cherry on top!
We were kept up by extremely loud live music until after midnight. A heads-up about the noise at check-in would have saved our tired selves from a long night.

Spacious, well-decorated rooms with a modern touch, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. The layout of the entrance area creates a pleasant atmosphere, with guests enjoying beverages and meals in a cozy setting.
The noise from events, particularly weddings, can be distracting, especially for rooms situated near the restaurant. WiFi issues during the stay made it frustrating to connect devices, and breakfast quality varied widely—some days it was excellent, while on others, it felt hit or miss. some rooms have a less than ideal proximity to operational areas like kitchens or event spaces, which may not suit everyone's preference for quiet.
